incredible customer service, we called when our furnace went out and Chip was here to look at it within a couple hours. As it would take a day for them to get a new boiler for us Chip actually called and offered to bring space heaters to us until the unit came in---incredible! friendly, professional, honest. I cannot say enough positive regarding this company.
